I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. The link arrives by email and is valid for 1 hour. Check your spam folder too.

I didn't get the household invitation

Ask the person who invited you to resend it under Household › Pending invitations › Resend. Invitations are valid for 7 days and must be accepted with the same email that received them.

Face ID stopped working

If the face or fingerprint enrolled on your phone changes, Mosa asks for your password once. Then turn it back on in Settings › Unlock with Face ID.

The numbers differ from my bank

Mosa shows what was logged in it. Check for "To pay" entries that were already paid and tap Mark as paid.
