What Mosa is

Mosa is a personal and household finance organizer. You log income, expenses and budgets, and Mosa calculates how much you can still spend this month. Mosa is not a bank, does not move money and does not provide financial, accounting, legal or investment advice.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or use Mosa together with a parent or legal guardian.
• Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your email up to date; it's how we restore your access.

Shared households

When you invite someone to your household, they can see and edit the household's entries and budgets. The household owner can invite and remove members and hand over ownership. Each account belongs to one household at a time.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Mosa for illegal activities, fraud or money laundering.
• Don't try to access other households' data, bypass security limits or overload the service.
• Don't send bulk invitations or invite people you don't know.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

Price

Mosa is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, we will give advance notice and nothing will be charged without your consent.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Mosa available and its numbers accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Calculations depend on the data you enter. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made based on the app or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights.

Your data

The data you enter is yours. See how we handle it in the Privacy Policy. You can export your entries and delete your account at any time.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice and provide a way to export your data when technically possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
